These blocks are essential to a serious yoga practice. The support for simple and advanced poses is extraordinary. I used the bargain versions from other brands when I started out in yoga, knowing very little about yoga mats and blocks. You will notice the firm support immediately. In addition, they are made from recycled material.

It's the second one I bought for my home practice. Great block. Love that it's recycled materials. I have cork blocks but also wanted a softer one - great for yin support.

Compre estos bloques para usarlos como almohadas y apoyos para realizar estiramientos.Como almohadas quedan un poco duros pero al poner un poco de tela sobre ellos quedan perfectos para mi cuello (mido alrededor de 1.80m).Mientras que como apoyos son excelentes, no se hunden y son livianos aunque resistentes y fuertes.

Firm with the slightest give where needed, so they dont hurt. Great deep rich midnight blue. Says the work practise on one side of each block. Its etched in so not a difference in colour and is not very noticeable.
