Great at first but the filling inside flattens with use. Makes me want to fill it with buckwheat instead. Quite expensive for something that does not last long.

Bolster de yoga acheté pour une pratique de plus en plus régulière à domicile du yoga, notamment pour les postures de relaxation qui est devenu un indispensable pour moi au fur et à mesure de ma grossesse. Il m'a clairement soulagé le dos allongée et je l'utilise dès que j'en ressens le besoin en position assise en lotus par ex ou bien, dans la vie de tous les jours, pour bien caler mon dos dans le canapé ou dans le lit.

This is not a traditional solid yoga bolster. The shape is good but it does not hold its form - it's more like a memory foam pillow. I did read that it was lightweight but did not expect to be able to easily compress it flat between my calves for example (see second photo). It is useless for restorative yoga where it is required to support body weight. Additionally the cover is almost like a micro fleece so everything sticks to it (see third photo - directly from the box). Not at all what I was looking for in terms of quality or function so I will be returning.

hab mir das bolster für yin yoga besorgt. superbequem. könnte ein bisschen fester sein, wenn man mit dem rücken drauf liegt sinkt es ganz schön ein ... stützt aber trotzdem gut

Love this bolster. It's the perfect height to support my head when I'm doing floor stretches. If you have neck issues, try it and see if it works for you. It's pretty thin to use as a leg support. But I enjoy using this for savasana under my head with the large bolster under my knees. It's easy to clean with removable cover. I wouldn't dry in dryer too long to avoid shrinkage. I put in dryer for about 15 minutes and air dry after that. Enjoy!
