The chain has a black coating on it that gets everywhere on you. The actual operation of the unit is not smooth. I returned it. There’s better out there

Used it to straighten corner of my car from a small accident. Hooked it to a 2500kg concrete block and started pulling, got the job done with no issues. Nice smooth racheting feel and very easy slack adjustment. Definitely worth the money!

Worked really good for what I bought it for, seems well built, I'm impressed with it so far and the price was good. Came with gloves which you will want to wear because there is a black oil on the chain which is not uncommon for a product like this.It will wear off over time.

This item is not what is shown, when it arrived it was covered completely with some black powder stuff, the fit and finish looked shotty just not a good impression when opening the box. Sent it back
