I’ve had the opportunity to use something like this before, and I would say that this stacks up very well.The material is a very dense foam with a hard paper coating glued firmly on it. All the pieces are dry, cut to slot together very easily without causing the paper to bunch and smoosh. I only found a couple spots where I had to wiggle the pieces together to get it to fit.Once together, it is a very solid firm marker holder the tiny slots make it very dense so it holds a shape well.The lots are quite small, but they do hold the large variety of popular well-known alcohol markers. I was able to use the to fit my drawing graphic markers, larger paint markers, and lining markers.I do recommend it, especially since it’s on sale for 3499. One set on a desk it’s buried neat and tidy. You don’t see where the joints are as much. However, I did reduce my rating because of the way it is put together. When you join all the pieces together Rather than having them all slot with each other there’s a lot more grooves cut in this particular style so you see all of the foam joins easily. The other thing is that it is intended to stand the tall way, and the way it is designed that means that there is a lip edge around the top of it rather than being a flat top. Essentially the edges from the side piece extend over the top as opposed to the top extending over the sides. This is the only reason I reduced my rating as it makes it a little less neater looking.I’m very happy with it so far it’s holding up well. It’s tidied up my desk and it makes it very easy to access all of my supplies at a good price.

Not super easy to put together without the pieces breaking - materials are not strong. Still able to use but has some cracks.
