Purchase in Sept 2024, installation done Dec 2024 and cartridge is leaking and small shower attachments is now rusting had plumber look at it and told us it needs to be replaced, contact Amazon and they have given us the wrong contact information, need help to contact this vendor for a replacement cartridge under warranty PLEASE HELP.UPDATEAfter getting in touch with vendor, they wasted no time in sending me a new faucet and allowed me to keep original one. I'd give 5 stars on customer service, however not sure if this product will last. Guess time will tell

Après seulement un mois d’usage, l’eau s’infiltre dans la plaquette de la pomme de douche causant des fuites d’eau en jet dans toute la salle de bain. Impossible d’avoir un remboursement puisque polique d’un mois. Vraiment très déçue.

Bought this specifically for the valve, handle & spigot, didn’t use the head, but everything seems great and at 1/4 the cost of hardware store brands

The fit and finish were amazing have had it installed for a couple months now and it's holding up well and doesn't leak or drip like some others.

Very modern and nice unitI put the controls off to the side where the door will be, this way you can turn on your shower before you step in.

I love my rain showers very easy to put together and it justed like you are standing out and the rain.

Great product, it would of been 5 stars but was missing a piece. I ended up going to a Home Depot and buying a piece for cheap, but you would expect it to come with everything in the package. Other than that it works very well. The instructions however are not the best, I would recommend watching a video or two online before attempting an install.
