Geomet Coating
  • Please use the "AMAZON CONFIRM FIT" tool to verify if this brake caliper fits your specific vehicle, and check installation location and special note before purchasing. Ensuring compatibility beforehand can save you time and hassle.

  • Typically, calipers last a very long time. Sometimes, the pistons will leak or get stuck and will not release from your brake rotors causing a constant noise. If so, your brake calipers may need to be replaced. Always consult a licensed mechanic.

  • While you can replace just one brake caliper, it is a good practice to replace both for optimal braking performance, even wear, and safety, as the other caliper on the same axle is often in a similar condition and may need replacement soon.

  • Regularly inspect for leaks, corrosion, and damage. Clean and lubricate moving parts during brake pad changes to ensure smooth operation and extend the caliper's lifespan.

  • New brake calipers enhance vehicle performance by providing a tighter grip on brake pads, improving stopping power for SUVs, cars, and trucks.

New bracket is coated where the pads fit. This doesn't allow them to fit properly or move freely as they wear. A big oversight by the manufacturer.

Fits with mazda 3 2010 but there's no groove on the outer part of the caliper, i had to grind the brake pad so it could fit.
