I bought this to hammer concrete off my truck, and it's not let me down! I've had this for over a year now with no signs of wear or damage. I've used other hammers that broke within the first couple swings but this 4 lb hammer has not only held up but outlasted the other sledge hammers I used to use. I'll definitely spend the money on this hammer again- IF it ever does break that is!!!

Very nice 4 pounder sledgehammer. I use this to sledgehammer on a wood slicers. Instead of using a larg sledgehammer this medium sledgehammer is perfect for the job. I used it for two hour straight and got no blisters. That tells me the grip is the perfect size and fit. This is worth the value for your money....

I bought this to remove a rusted in trailer hitch that has been left in for several years. I pounded on the hitch back and forth, up and down and in 25 minutes I got the trailer hitch out.This hammer did a tremendous job and also easy on the hands and I was not one bit tired or even feeling discomfort in my hands. I was going to buy a cheaper one first then decided that it may be worth the extra 15.00 and get this one and it sure was.

Picked it up from the post office and not an hour later there was a guy in the parking lot trying to hammer out his frozen hitch pin so I offered him the first swings with the hammer it came out easily, we'll see how it lasts in the long run but it seems sturdy and feels great in your hands, I'm stoked to use it!
