Make sure to do not begrime the gasket.
Carefully insert the gasket between the mating surfaces.

Although these are of very high quality, - the interior diameter was simply a slight bit smaller than needed for the product. I would definitely purchase these again for other items - very high quality / seamless (very important for a seal) - just didn't have the diameter needed and couldn't force the seal to stay in place. Thank you

Seller doesn’t understand the difference between a gasket and an o ring. So I’ll explain. An o ring is a circular round ring period. A gasket is a flat circular ring. The description is misleading
