I am so, so, so happy to have this pillowcase.I adored my U-shaped pillow, but the original cover was SO hot. I had to wrap it in a sheet, which I would then get tangled in, or attempt to make my own pillowcase, which was worked for a bit but eventually my own (poor) craftsmanship got the best of it.But this has been such a game changer. Its so soft but doesn't retain much heat. I wouldn't go so far as to say it is cooling, but it is absolutely cooler than most.It has really upped my pillow game and made sleeping so much more comfortable.

I needed a new one for my daughter who is not pregnant but LOVES the pillow. The cover is slightly larger than the pillow so you do not have to contort your body to put it on. It's a nice and cool fabric; washes well. More colours would be nice though.

The texture is great. The fabric is stretchier than the cover the pillow came bundled with, and is much easier to remove for cleaning. I have vivid colored hair and the stains are coming out nicely in the washing machine.
