Melissa and Doug products are notoriously expensive but their toys are always awesome. Very sturdy alternative to the thin plastic ones you can find these days.

I picked this up close to Christmas for $30. It's held up really well but I have to say, I wish my kids would actually use it for cleaning instead of chasing each other. Watching those two run around with a broom and mop above their little heads is reminicsent of those old pink panther movies. Those really old pink panther movies and specifically those scenes with kato and inpector clouseau. However, when they aren't chasing each other around the house and properly using the set I am very happy with it!! It's a toy that allows them to share, to participate in their own small way and helps develop cooperation. Its a worthwhile toy to invest in. Even if it were $40, I would have paid the difference. It keeps them busy with plenty of options and wood is so much better than plastic! It's been almost 6 months since we acquired this little set and I don't have any regrets. Melissa and doug toys are amazing. I only wish they were around when I was a kid.

This is a cute, colourful set. It is well made and will stand up to the misuse young children may put it through. The only possible issue will be with the mop. When it is being used, the center of the mop may possibly cause a scratch on sensitive floors. This set is fully functionable . I fitted a microfiber cloth to the center of the underside of the mop just incase. This is the 2nd set that I have purchased. The kids love it so much so they will have a set at their Mother's and Father's now so can be used at either home. Any of the children can use it at the same time with the numerous parts and there is no problem getting them to hang the broom etc. up on stand when done playing house which keeps it all nicely together and not being stepped on by others.

Perfect size for kids who want to ‘help’ you do the housework. They’ll do a terrible job at first, but they’ll get the hang of it. Encourages good habits and development of basic life skills, which is helpful because being tidy and able to clean is an everyone job. Help us all by raising children who will one day be able to look after themselves and not become an annoying burden for the people that they will one day live with/marry. Help them become self-reliant by learning to dust, sweep, mop, and toss it all in the dustbin with this lovely little set. Little kids love jobs, they love to help, train them while they’re young to contribute with this darling set. Very durable, just like the mistaken belief that this belongs in the girls section of toy stores.

Are you a single parent? A working parent? A parent or guardian in general? BUY THIS NOW!! I'm going to be honest.. i pretty much NEVER write reviews.. unless disappointed. I have NO COMPLAINTS. I have had this about 2 hours and I want to kiss the maker and personal tell them how much they have made my day and life better!. As a single parent theres never enough time in the day to get everything done. My son and I just tag team cleaned the whole house. The only problem we had after was a TANTRUM that there was nothing left to clean. Hes currently sweeping the house TRYING to find more to do.... My house was mopped and cleaned faster than i could do by myself. The only thing that took a while was to teach him how to use the dustpan... he wont use the small red brush... only the broom.. but who cares!! My house is clean, he thought we were playing(and for him we were), we bonded/spent time together during a time I would usually put on a movie to occupyhim, and it can now be apart of our daily schedule making more time in the day for all the other things we want or need to do. Pair the mop with some babyganic floor cleaner for safe but effective cleaning that they can be around. Organic and safe! Make your life easier today!! Stop reading the reviews and get to it!!

Questo set per le pulizie é davvero completo e ben fatto !! La mia bimba di un anno e mezzo ci gioca molto e le piace fare le pulizie come la mamma !! Penso che lo sfrutterà molto anche quando sarà un po' più grande .. ho acquistato diversi giochi di questo marchio e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo . Sicuramente lo consiglio !!

Fantastic gift! What I really love about this more than other similar toys is that these feel and looks more classy. A lot of the similar toys look cheap and nasty to be quite frank but this doesn't! Not only that but each 'toy' can actually be used as a real bit of kit! This can help train your child into doing mini chores which will benefit them when they are older. Another great feature about this toy is that the design is elegant and stands tall, therefore not taking up too much space unnecessarily.One more point that I may add is that it's very stable and roughly the size or a toddler.Pros:- Elegant design using the appropriate amount of space.- Can be used in real-life situations.- Manufactured well and strong.Cons:- I am genuinely struggling to think of a con (I am usually good that this!) but one possible fallback is the limited choice of colours.
