My wife had mixed feelings about this memory foam pregnancy pillow. It comes wrapped up very tight and takes a bit of time to become fully inflated. The shape is kind of funny in person. She found it surprisingly thin in a lot of areas and not as supportive as she would've liked. This offers sort of two orientations for how to sleep - basically facing the main body of the pillow or away from it. Depending on where you are in your pregnancy, you may find either or more comfortable. The overall design is surprisingly thin and gangly in a lot of areas, so she couldn't quite find as much support as she would've liked. I think depending on your body shape and type, this might work well for you, but for her it wasn't a great fit.
