This is my 5th kit purchased and can whole heartedly stand behind this product. I install professionally and have had no issues or complaints. My rule for callbacks is to have zero call backs with clients and this kit allows me to create a good repore with clients. Some of these kits were installed 4 years ago with everyday use and are still working perfectly. Ive contacted the seller on 2 different occasions for keyfob issues and they have been more than helpful each time. The installation instructions are very basic and if even if you don't have some basic knowlege of how relays operate, you should still have a fairly easy time installing. This kit now includes a keypad which can double as a doorbell push button for an additional buzzer circuit or to be wired to your existing door bell. I strongly recommend this lockset as I have grown to expand its limitless abilities to suit different clients needs. Customer support for me was instant which is rare on any platform and very professional. Highly recommend this product based on quality, longevity, ease of installation and spot on customer support.

The price for this lock is very competitive and comes with everything you will need. With that said the power cord could use a thicker wire inside and it would be nice to have a buzzer that goes off when the lock is on but not engaged, yes it can be done just need an extra relay. I'm sure coming from distributor they could just make a pigy back wire harness to make it much user friendly. Instructions are very good and simple to follow, with that said could use schematics as to how everything is connected to the terminals used to make retro fitting easier. If the distributor is looking to make a few upsales including parts that could be added to the system. Example: app connectivity, key pad or card swipes ext.
