I bought this stuff, and it works, but find it redundant (not to mention pricey). If you prepare the surface of your model correctly, water works just fine for setting your decals. Save your money, but definitely grab a bottle of Micro Sol (bottle with red lettering). You won't regret it. The stuff makes your decals look literally painted on. Kinda pricey around here though. You can definitely get the stuff cheaper by at least half price elsewhere.
