This is rather cheaply made, my laptop wobbles on it, but it works well enough for its intended purpose. I just highly question the longevity of it, it is light which is nice, I just wish it didn't come kind of warped since that is what causes laptops to wobble.

I am very very pleased with this purchase. The stand is both very sturdy and very comfortable. I thought it was going to feel really cheap but it is pretty solid. I use it exclusively for my iPad pro tablet for drawing and writing and it is the perfect size and holds the tablet in place thanks to a non-slip rubber grip lined on the surface of the fold-out lip. (I have no idea why this important detail is not even mentioned in the product description, and what's even more perplexing is that the product photos don't show it either.) But it's there and it works like a charm, the ipad stays firmly in place as I work on my art. The adjustable angles are perfect and even when the tray is in the flat position there is still a nice angle to draw with since the cushion at the top is larger than the one on the bottom. PERFECT. For this price I could not ask for more, I'm very happy.

I've had mobility issues with my feet lately and have needed to work from laying down. I was previously using a wooden tray with fold out legs except even on the lowest setting the tray was too tall so I just had to rest the platform right on my legs. It was extremely uncomfortable. This product fixes that 100%, the bean bag bottom is quite comfortable and the adjustable tray works well enough. The only issue I have with it is that the plastic tray feels quite flimsy, the foldable lip that holds your laptop was clearly not designed for a heavy computer like a Thinkpad, it feels like its going to snap off at any moment so I ended up reinforcing it. Also the clip that is meant to hold the tray down when its collapsed doesn't appear to be functional at all and the tray falls out when you're carrying it by the handle.That said well worth its price. (edit: While I still stand by this review I bought this when it was below $40, I might think twice at the current price)

I purchased this lap desk in the onset of the pandemic. My other lap desk was falling apart and I was looking for something adjustable. This one was decently reviewed, reasonably priced, and seemed to fit the bill. It arrived quickly, and I was set for more comfortable remote work.Looking over my recent Amazon purchases, it struck me how much this desk has quietly become a permanent presence in my everyday life working from home. I can't give a better recommendation other than saying that I honestly forget it exists most of the time. It just does the job I need it to - to help me do my job.PROS:- Comfy (doesn't burn a hole in my lap).- Lightweight and mobile, following me from bed to couch to office.- Breathable for my beastly, overworked laptop.- Adjusts in all the ways my stressed out shoulders need.- Great deal for the price, and arrived on time.CONS:- A tad flimsy / unstable in the higher adjustable positions.- Could be a bit wider to allow for resting your wrists / elbows.TL;DR- I guess this lap desk has metaphorically replaced my co-workers?

Bought this to replace an aluminum lap desk with articulated legs that I had for some 10 years.Pros: light weight, carry handle, quiet (vs the aluminum one I had that creaked all the time), viewing angles, comfortable padding, rubber coated fold away resting base.Cons: Plastic (durability may be an issue), no venting ie: to help prevent laptop from overheating.Overall, I am spoiled in that the aluminum one I had, although not designed for quite the same purpose, lasted as long as it did and was very versatile. I am satisified using this as a replacement particularly due to it being so much lighter, easier to slip in and store beside my arm chair and that it does not make noises like my other one did.

Just received it today ... It is light, does the job nicely, it is stable and comfortable. It is made in plastic, but I knew that from the beginning and for the price I wouldn't have expected anything else. No defects, scratches or any other issues. If I take care of it, it might have a long life supporting my MacBook while working or watching movies in bed. Good thing, it is light enough to take it with me when travelling for longer time. Good purchase.

I Love it. It is exactly as described. The available angles are perfect for reading and for my lap top screen. It fits comfortably on my lap. It is light. The laptop stays in place on it, thanks to the little rubber that keeps everything from sliding of the reader. Good product! I recommend.
