While this slap bracelet could be worn, the spikes do dig into the skin a bit. So if you were buying this thinking it could be worn, you may not find it comfortable.However for me this wasn't a con, as it means the squishy spikes are firm enough to give a stronger texture sensation. And the ability to slap and straighten it out as another form of sensory stim.

Son wasn't too thrilled about it, but that doesn't take away that it is a great sensory item. I hold on to it for the day he wants to wear it

I thought this band was super cool, and love the idea of it, but the slap bracelet function broke the first day. The outside is still good so my sun is still fidgeting with it but for 20 bucks it's not worth the price.

My daughter with adhd has a VERY hard time not picking the skin on her fingers and toes. She absolutely LOVES this bracelet as it still has that "picking" feeling, but without the pain of actually picking her skin. Wonderful product.
