Super nice to have! This does a great job of separating the individual frequencies, and enhancing the appropriate highs and lows as needed. Different kinds of music and even different songs, require tweeking to get the best sound, especially where vocals are concerned, and these days, that seems to be less and less ignored at the production level. I'm tickled to have the capacity to do that now, and this works for that very well.

This review is for the "Stereo Graphic Equalizer 15-Band EQ for Home Audio System, Rack Mount Dual Channel Pro DJ Equalizer with Subwoofer Output, Noise Reduction (EQX-215S)" that I received via the Vine program. It's quite well put together with lots of prosumer level features such as XLR input and output to helps maintain the signal quality through the rack. Configurable gain, low pass filtering, and sub levels come in handy for getting just the right setup based on the input. 15 bands of EQ per channel gives very granular control as well.I like that it comes set up for a 19" rack but do wish that the rack mounts were removable when not rack mounted. I also wish that the subwoofer controls and the main power button were front mounted as they're inaccessible if in a rack mount travel case.Overall, not a bad piece of hardware for a semi-professional DJ or prosumer audio user looking to add some fine-grained control to their setup.
