had to return this one as it had a defect in the “plunger” level didn’t push water up to the shower head. Bought a second one and it works fine. It was $40.00 more at the hardware chain, needed it now.

We spent the money for the Moen shower head because of their amazing guarantee. If it breaks, even after 10 or more years, the company sends you a new one, for free. Worth the money!Looks amazing in the shower in our guest bathroom. Great water pressure. Not very heavy and was easy to install.

We purchased Moen because they have the constant temperature valve system. We got 2 in different colours of the same model. The black unit has been in operation for around 5 months. The water temperature seems inconsistent, even though it is supposed to be self adjusting. We have not had this problem with Moen before. It will run the proper temperature for about 1.5 minutes, then seems to cool off, then goes hot again. I do not have this trouble with any of my faucets in the home. And my new shower with an offshore valve system.

Not made well at all. Nothing like the description. The hose that connects to shower isnt "matte black". Its a silver hose in a matte black plastic wrapper. Terrible product, definitely not worth the money. Also leaks around the shower head. I deserve a refund and this should be in the trash where most china made crap is. Extremely pissed...

Love it, no leak install! make sure the rounded washer is put in front of the swivel ball on the handle holder and will work just hand tightened.
