Q: If a new ball does not hold gas on the first use, what is the reason?
A: Most of the reasons are because the incorrect method is used when inflating the ball, resulting in damage to the air hole, leading there is gas leaking.
Q: How do inflate the ball?
A:1. Use the proprietary air needles;
2. Lubricate the air needle before inflation (e.g. vegetable oil, soapy water, etc.)
3. Slowly insert the air needle into the air hole; (to prevent damage to the air hole and the liner)
4. Use a suitable pump
