They are warm (35% wool), soft, very colourful. I'm a guy 5' 9" and they fit me perfectly even after washing (drying at delicate like all my stuff). Now it may be weird my being a guy, but I don't care.

Usually I can't wear anything with wool as it makes me itchyBut these are so soft & really a great sockColors ARE nice & vivid and they washed beautifully (have washed them twice so far & no pilling Yay!!)Thought they may slouch down at this height but they stay up nicely and are not tight or restrictingI usually wear an ankle sock but am actually liking this height of sockNot sure if they would fit above a ladies size 9 shoe sizeThey are perfect for my size 7 shoe sizeNot baggy but would easily fit up to a size 9 or as small as a size 5Good size memory & stretch without being tight

These are very cute socks, but they are more for Spring or Fall. These will not keep your feet warm if you are outdoors in winter weather. The label states 35% wool, but I'd be surprised if there was any wool in these, at all. I ordered my son socks from Amazon that stated 45% wool, and they are SO thick and you can feel the wool. These are thin-medium and feel like cotton onlyPROS: Love the design, lightweight, soft, arrived quickly. Each pair is individually wrapped if you wanted to gift theseCONS: these are more of a fashion sock than a "keep your feet warm" sock, feel more like cotton than they do wool, loose stitching inside may be problematic for some, as it can snag on your toenails
