FAQ:
1. Why I can't hear anything when I plug in my wired headphones?
Please notice there are two headphone jacks, one for the line-in (which is used to burn music) and one for the headphone plug. Make sure your wired earphones plugged into the correct jact.
2. How do I charge the MP3 player?
Please use USB cable to connect the computer / laptop to charge it. Or use standard 5V 1A, 5V 2A electrical appliances to charge (charger sold separately).
3. There are no songs in the MP3 player, how can I download music？
Basically, it is a traditional MP3 player, it works as like as a USB stick, connected it with computer via a USB cable, drag and drop some songs from the computer to the MP3 player.
When you connect the MP3 player to the computer with a USB cable, two options appear on the MP3 player screen: Charge and Transfer, Charge and Play. Select options: charge and Transfer
Copy some music files from the computer to the MP3 player (ex. File format: MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, WAV)
4. Did the MP3 player remember the song I last played?
Press the music icon and then the back icon, you will see that the second function is the playback breakpoint. It will stay where you left last time.
5. How do I find Shuffle Play?
Play any song --- press the M button --- play mode --- select shuffle or other play mode.
6. FM radio does not work.
Please make sure to connect wired headphones before using the FM function, regardless of whether you are using the bluetooth function or not. This is important because the wired headset is the antenna of the FM radio.
After searching channels automatically, use the up and down buttons to switch channels (important) and use the M button to perform other operations.

Garbage, garbage, garbage. Does not not remember podcast playback, frequently displays song lists by 'numerical order in which they appeared on the original album' so prepare yourself for every track 01 on every album you've ever had listed in order. Has no quality of life issues such as iPods had a decade ago - no fast scrolling, no easy fast forwarding or rewinding of tracks, and the horrid, horrid, horrid little record button will constantly turn itself on in your pocket, leaving to walk around blithely recording everything you're saying—which is just so great in the era of privacy violations.No resilience whatsoever. I just got my headphone cord tangled on something, took a step, pulled the device, and the receiving headphone port is now... vanished. My headphone jack slides out like it's an empty space, rendering the device into literal garbage because I will have to throw it away now, it no longer has any purpose.it looks cheap, it feels cheap, it is cheap. It's absolute trash—literally. If you own one, smash it with a hammer, that's all it is good for. And don't get me starte don a 'manual' written by soeone who doesnt speak a word of English.Useless.NEVER EVERY BUY ONE OR ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEAP GARBAGE COMPANY

First, client service is excellent, got reply to question in less than 1 day. Easy to use, drag and drop music folders. Lots of memory, 64 GB, expandable to 128 GB. Voice recorder works well. Haven't tried the burning option yet, very nice feature you don't find anywhere else. The only bad thing is the included headphones do not sound good, but once you put your own headphones, it sounds good. Great value for the money. Only had it for a week now, but well worth if it lasts long.

I bought this product for my son to listen to music in the car, it wouldn't connect to the Bluetooth in the vehicle. Since I had thrown away the package I was disappointed that I wouldn't be able to return it. I shared the same in the review. The company reached out to me after my review, not only they let me keep the product but also refunded the money. I am intrigued their customer service for sending multiple emails to ensure that I had received my money back. I am thankful that I dealt with musran.

This mp3 player is very easy to use but has limits in performance. What I'm talking about is sure it has some features which I was excited about but it limits my usage. Here's why: this mp3 player has a neat feature like no other mp3 player has such as line in auxiliary which you can record from other sources such as cassette walkman, radio, cd player etc...however, the line in recording does not work 100 percent. I tried to record from my cassette walkman to the mp3 player eagerly hoping it would work. Yes the recording worked as intended, but it cuts out sound during the recording process. I could not figure out why it does that, could be partially defective. Also, another thing to note about the line in recording, please make sure the volume setting is at a higher level than low volume on the mp3 player, otherwise recording level will only match according to the level of the output from external sources, Which can cause unsatisfying results. For example, I had recorded a video song from my tablet to the line in auxiliary, and even though it worked, the volume of the recording process was too low to understand the music recorded material. I had to crank up the volume just to hear the volume comfortably. The reason why this happens is because whatever volume is set on the external sources, will record exactly as setted. So now I don't get any satisfactory results in line in recording. Other than that, this mp3 player works well. Finally, this mp3 player works almost identical to ipod portable player, and is very easy to use. Just don't expect 100 percent satisfactory results. That's why I'm giving this portable machine 3 out of 5 stars.

I discovered this jewel on a list named 10 Best Shuffle Music Players of January 2022 and the decision to buy it followed very quickly. Shuffle play mode was the most important feature for me. A folder named and containing -say- 1370 sound files, playing in shuffle mode, is a good music source for a long time...Many other folders with full albums inside makes this source practically infinite.Beyond that, easy and stable bluetooth connection, excellent sound (through twin sound bluetooth speakers), sleep timer, intuitive menu are also very important features in my opinion.More than that, the voice recording function, line record possibility, even a calendar and stopwatch... it's just incredible at this price.I wonder how long the battery life will be and what to do when it becomes unusable. The player will probably need to be permanently connected to the power supply (?)Anyway, hope that player's life will be longer than the battery life. Just because I LOVE IT, I NEED IT !!!
