About Organic Seeds:
★ What are organic seeds? An organic seed is an unaltered seed that comes from a purely raised plant with no genetic modification and that has not been affected by chemical applications or additives.
★ Because organic growers are not permitted to use synthetic pesticides on their plants, the plants naturally become adapted to withstand pests and other natural enemies such as harsh weather. They have to, in order to defend themselves.
★ When organic seed is used, the plants have that intrinsic strength. In other words, the flavour, colour, nutrition, and natural defenses are naturally bred into the seed.

I've been sprouting for about 20 years thus know good vs bad seeds.These are very good ones for sprouting.Soaked seeds overnight and they started to show visible sproutingtails/roots after 2 days. The pic attached to this review is whatthey look like after 3 days. Keep in mind we had hot summer daysthis week: high temperatures make faster germination.I've had bad seeds in the past where only about 20-30% of the seedssprout. These Mumm's seeds so far are a good batch - over 95% ofthem in my sprouting trays have sprouted as you can see/checkfor yourself in pic.They taste great and I like the mixed packages provided.At 29.95 it is a bit pricey but keep 2 things in mind:1. These are non GMOs and toxin free from chemicals.2. You get 8 times the mass for most any sprouts dependingon how long and large you let them grow before eating.(3-7 days)Example: I used about a teaspoon full in they trayand they just expand like popcorn when the tails andeventually leaves appear. You can eat them at differenttimes in the growth cycle - a matter of personal choice.It's a SUPER food that will benefit your gut microbiome.I'd purchase them again when my supply runs outin about 6 months.

This whole micro green thing is kind of fun even if it’s a tad on the pricey side. But the seeds were good, tasted good and honestly despite my comment about it being expensively it really is decent value and you get fresh product when you want it. The learning curve isn’t as steep as you think and it is fun.
