The birds took about a year to decide it was a vacant location and it is flying distance to the food and water. They did widen the doorway to suit their needs but we don't care. They seem to be happy and that's why we bought it. We are planning on getting a few more.

Mine came with a hole in the front. I had to put glue over it but it’s still visible. I didn’t know until I saw pictures of other peoples birdhouses. The outside perch also cracked. Put glue on it as well. I don’t feel safe putting it up for birds. I’m very disappointed because I was very much looking forward to it. Will add a photo later as it’s dark out.

These were absolutely perfect for what I needed. Great for the price. Size is perfect for the little birds at my house. They hung easily. They are paintable if you choose. Easy to clean out. The small hole keeps the bigger birds away. The birds were a little skeptical as expected, but I see them starting to trust them.

This is made very well and I was surprised how durable it is. It is already painted and you can easily clean it out with the door on it. I love it!

I bought three to put up in my yard as functional bird houses. I might paint them decoratively but the white wash color is cute as it. I wish there was a natural no color version as that would be even better for placing on fences.

A great bird house. The finished house is sort of a white washed wood. I painted mine a light blue. The locking tab is cheap and they give you two if one breaks, which is inevitable. I replaced theirs with a metal one that I made. Overall a good bird house.
