I was going to use the kit and seen that the circular piece was missing from it, checked packaging to see if i missed it but it wasn’t in the packaging or case

After reading the not so positive reviews, I decided to take a chance on these. I tried two methods both were unsuccessful.First I used the setter that was included and was not able to set them without breaking the crystals. Next, I used a setter (purchased separately) that was made specifically for setting crystal rivets, it's a hand grip tool. Both were unsuccessful. The crystals either broke or the sides compressed unevenly.Super disappointing.

The hole puncher is the same size at the gem. So they will fall out. The gems kept breaking. And because the hole was too big the gem got stuck in the pounding tool.

These are great as a decorative statement. Still using them. However, be aware that with the simple anvil provided, if you don't center the gem just right when setting, it will crack. I knew this. They're cheap. But if you're careful, you don't need the expensive ones.
