Der Öffner ist nach nicht einmal 20 Flaschen aus den Gewinden ausgebrochen. Absolut billige Verarbeitung. Nemsis now will nicht zurückerstatten und verweist auf Amazon als Verkäufer. Also kann ich mich jetzt durch die Amazon Reklamation kämpfen. Den Chat kann man für sowas vergessen, per E-Mail will Amazon anscheinen nicht erreicht werden. Wäre ja auch zu einfach, da ich alles nötige anhängen könnte. Also muss wohl ein Telefonanruf her. Das ist 2022 bei Amazon !!!
