Unit was DOA. It would not recognize valid SIM card I removed from an identical working modem. SIM retaining clip was loose inside unit when received. One Ckt. board bracket with tiny pin to hold SIM retaining clip was bent. Had to straighten in order to install SIM retaining clip. Returned unit, shipped UPS 10/03/23. No refund as of 17/03/23

Could not get it to qork off the Sim card it showed no service but qas issued a full refund would deal with seller again easy transactions bothe times

These devices have different MAC addresses than what’s printed on the physical device. You also cannot access the settings on the device because the default password that’s printed on the bottom does not match what’s physically on the board inside of the device.
