Even after 7+hr sessions this is comfortable in the water. Does a great job keeping water out of my ears for the most part and keeps me very warm

I wore this while practicing self rescues in my kayak. In 40 degree water, even with my head fully submerged, this kept my head mostly dry and very warm.My head circumference is 24 inches. I ordered the large size, and it was pretty tight, but still comfortable. The lining is fantastic!My only complaint with this is that the neck is WAY too long. It curls up and folds over itself. I would trim it, but it will void the warranty. I still might trim it though, to make it fit better.If you paddle in cold weather and very cold water, this is a must have. A thinner hood might keep you warm enough. This will without question.-Piper's boyfriend :-)

Excellent product! Bought this for a swift water tech class in January. Water was 40’s and the outside air temp was in the 30’s head stayed warm even once water did make its way in side. I’d highly recommend for anyone with the potential to be in cold water.
