Too soft to function as intended. Foam is mostly air and becomes flat with very little weight applied. This *might* be okay as a back support but is useless as a seat cushion.

The foam used in this cushion is high quality. Compared to the ones Canadian Tire sells, this cushion doesn't compress into a pancake. It compresses but still supports. I guess that is why it is $50 vs the $20 ones at CT. Good size for travel. So many wedge cushions now are oversized and will not fit on small seating surfaces, like an uncomfortable banquet chair. The only suggestion I have is to include a carry handle.

I have 3 of them I use one as a back rest & the 2nd as a seat cushion on my desk chair. I use the 3rd as a seat cushion in my car along with the full backrest. I love them

At first it was much more firm than I had anticipated, however later on I came to realize that the cushion gets softer the longer you sit on it, and it always rebounds back to the exact firm state the next day. The great thing is that it gets soft, but won't flatten as much.Unfortunately it was a bit too small for my needs so I did not keep it. On a positive side the velour cover is a bonus and feels much more comfortable on the skin than the mesh covers.Although I didn't benefit much from it, overall it's a well-made seat cushion and probably the more higher quality ones you can find on Amazon. I'd recommend it to those who are specifically looking for a firm (but not too firm) memory foam cushion that fits for a small chair or small butt.

I got this cushion since my office chair to work remotely wasn't high enough. I needed a good cushion to have height for correct typing posture. It keeps its height - it springs back to its original shape. Very comfy. It's tapered at one end. Occasionally I get leg cramps because I'm prone to them and my chair is not ergonomic so I cannot tilt the front of the seat down. I bought a 2nd one to take to a college where I work part-time where the class chairs are too low. Best, but very expensive solution is a truly ergonomic chair (with at least 3 levers) of course.

Bought one for a friend and an active elderly person. Both have back and/or neck issues. They both rave about this and how it helps relieve pain. Mu she mor comfortable compared to a wooden chair with limited support. Highly recommend!

Works ok as support. Most probably would not care about color, but bought this to use on seat along with full ObusForme back support. When put together, the back support is clearly black and this gel seat is clearly dark navy blue. I sent one back to Amazon thinking it was a packaging error, but received the same thing. No other ObusForme options so I am keeping this one, but it is annoying when color is described as black and ordered as black, but it is not black.

great for my dad. he is 91 and needs extra padding.we have 3 of these. one stays in the car,one in his chair at the table, and one in his recliner. it helps relieve the sore areas from him sitting too long. we take it with us to all drs. appointments since the chairs are so hard. everyone asks where we got them and i tell them i found them on Amazon. he has a dr. that recommends it to her elderly patients. cover removes for washing. great product!

I tried this as a back cushion for lumbar support, too soft for my liking.my car seat is flat & no cushion at all.this is excellent as a car seat cushion especially on a long drive or use as a cushion on a computer chair when surfing through the internet.
