Good quality roller. Plug was missing so we contacted the manufacturer. They mailed one out the next day but it took a few days before we received it. If not for that would have given 5 stars. Delivery was good.

Product is good. Delivery condition via UPS Terrible. Box was damaged badly, looked like it was retaped by UPS because there was another UPS delivery inside with the roller that belonged to someone else. There was dings and dents on the roller end caused by the handling of it. Nothing that will cause a performance issue. Seems like a pretty heavy article to be delivered by one person in a UPS truck, and it clearly shows that.

This roller is huge...1200lbs. I have used it four times and the only bad thing I see is that little rocks (not very big very small) put dings in it. I hope this doesn't weaken the metal and have holes punched in it. I paid a lot for this. I used my Husqvarna garden tractor with 25 hp and it has no problems with it.
