They fit nice, not too thick inside my shoes. I am not sure of the science of these socks, or why they make me feel so good but they do! I am a big fan of grounding, but where I live it is basically impossible much of the year to go barefoot outside :( These socks are a good alternative. I want more but they seem to be out of stock! Shows how great they are!

i don’t what i was expecting, but it was definitely something better than these socks. they are not bad, but they look like homeless socks

I have heard a lot about the health benefits of grounding but never seem to have the time to spend barefoot in the backyard. So, I got a grounding mat, a pillowcase and these socks.As soon as I put these socks on, I went outside and tested them against barefoot and bare earth. My husband said that the meter readings indicate a definite change but not as strong as direct contact with the earth.I can’t explain grounding and/or exactly what this does. But these socks are super comfortable so I am happy to be able to wear them for both comfort and the benefits.

These are good looking socks. I assume that they do their grounding work although I have not tested dthem. The problem I have is that they are very tight. I have washed them by hand carefully and air dried but they may have shrunk anyway. I don't think my ankles are exceptionally fat but they are not thin. The sox have become uncomfortable to wear as they are. I may cut the ankles open and see how that goes.
