Works great even when I misuse it for a DC motor. It controls the motor speed very precisely.Not the intended for the item but works beautifully when the motor is water cooled. (All DC motors will over heat at reduced speed if not cooled.)

This worked flawlessly for my small USB neon sign. The sign was way too bright when turned on but this allowed me to bring down the brightness in very small steps until it was perfect for my room. Another reviewer said it didn't work for his neon sign but it's not the product it's the type of sign you have. Some need full power or they shut off. But the well built neon signs will allow power fluctuation which mine apparently does. Thank you for a great product. Would definitely buy again.

The female end goes towards the power supply with the other end towards the lights.I initially hooked it up backwards and it didn't really work. Only bright and slightly dimmer was all I could get. Flipped it around and it works great. lol

Great low profile and touchpad is not too sensitive. Tap to on and off, long press to dim. Downside is the switch turns off when power is removed. So using with a smart plug to turn on and off does not work. You would still need to tap the switch to turn on as well as tell the smart plug to turn on.

Cable does not provide enough power to Raspberry Pi 3B and keeps getting under voltage warning. I tried other micro USB cables with same USB power adapter and under voltage warning does not show up. It might work OK if you are buying it for other low power usage or Raspberry Pi 2 or 1, but for Raspberry Pi 3B it's useless.
