This block set looked uncannily like a real orchid when completed. Unfortunately, the pot made of blocks was not as heavy as real dirt, and the whole assembly tipped over on the kitchen table and splashed onto the floor the next morning. My daughter was quite upset with the product.I suggest fastening the constructed pot to extra, flat Lego-style pieces you may have to prevent mishap.

Double the enjoyment. I got this for my nephew who loves to build and then it’s a Mother’s Day gift for his mom. We are glueing the pieces and trying to figure about weighing down the base since it keeps tipping over as he is putting it together. The orchids are pretty realistic and he is having fun.

Our 6 year old has this in their room since it is their favorite flower. She is thrilled about the look and how it will light up as well. This was easy to put together and it is holding up together as well.This is not too large or small, just about the perfect size to be a nice decoration brick piece.Our 6 year old did help put this together, which should speak to how easy it is with the instructions.

Even though it’s beautiful when made, the instructions are not really clear. It is fragile and the pot is too small for all the pieces. Couldn’t do all the leaves. The base to put the stems are not made properly so I have it as a no touch too fragile

This is an adorable orchid set that's very similar to the name brand orchid set. The entire set was very easy to build and it looks just like a real life orchid. This set is beautiful to display in your home or office and would make a great gift for kids and adults.

This is a a set that is more than 700 pieces to build and fun but very involving. It has built in LED lights to be a nice decorative piece. Needs some innovative ways to be stable. Probably a little expensive for the price. Be prepared for a lot of work and rework.

This unbranded Orchid Building Blocks Set exceeded my expectations! Its build experience and design are on par with the leading brand, but at nearly half the cost. The set arrived in a beautifully printed box with an iridescent finish, adding a touch of elegance.The instructions were clear and error-free, making the assembly process smooth. The brick quality was very good overall. However, when assembling the vase, I encountered some difficulty with the holed bricks and SNOT (studs not on top) bricks... they required extra force or rotation to fit properly. Thankfully, they eventually connected securely. Aside from this, the colour consistency was flawless, the clutch power was excellent, and most pieces were scratch-free.I especially loved the creative techniques used to build the orchids, like repurposing the recoloured serpent head mould from old minifigures. It was a clever design choice that worked perfectly! The build took me an evening, and the finished display is stunning with its white and pink flowers.The set also includes LED string lights, which was a nice thought but a bit of a letdown. These lights are not integrated into the build but rather added after completion, with no instructions provided for installation other than to string them on the set. While the lights can enhance the display, they’re certainly not the standout feature they’re made out to be.At 6.3 cents per piece, the set offers decent value, and it occasionally goes on sale for as low as 5.4 cents per piece, an even better deal! Whether at full price or discounted, it’s a beautiful addition to any collection and a delight for fans of building bricks and botanical themes.This set would make a fantastic gift for others or a treat for yourself. As someone who’s fallen in love with botanical sets, I found this one just as enjoyable as the others I’ve built. Highly recommended!

2/5*I don't think I'm going to be able to complete this building set. There are just too many technical pieces that do not fit well together. Almost every one was a battle to get them to connect right. I had to turn, flip, wiggle, beg (okay not really, but I tried everything) to get them to go together. The their credit...they all have attached so far, but it was certainly NOT FUN for me nor challenging in a good way. I was just sore and frustrated when it was together instead of triumphant.Can NOT recommend!!

While an obvious dupe of the ever-popular brand, this building set holds its own. The quality of the bricks are just about on par with what I would’ve expected from that big brand name.I’m about 90% finished with this build and have enjoyed the experience. It’s challenging enough to be for adults but still easily approachable for a relative newbie (I’ve only ever built sets for my kids, not myself, so this has been fun). The orchid itself is looking wonderful, completely indistinguishable from the big brand. I’m a bit skeptical about the fairy lights as they just drape over the flower and aren’t truly integrated into the build.Measuring at almost 15 inches tall, this is a great set for a playroom, somewhere else in the home, or an office. It’s a good size and has good value with over 700 pieces. This would make for an excellent gift for just about anyone from a teen to an adult.
