The customer service is very good, but the quality of the chairs is very poor and unstable. When I received it, I found a broken back, a second seat split after two minutes of sitting, and a third handle lost a piece of anti-rust paint after getting soaked in the rain . Three chairs had problems, the customer service helped me refund one chair, remail two chairs, and now the fourth chair is also broken. Today, after my husband sat down, the chair rang and one of the rods under it broke.
