I installed mine about three months ago. It is mounted to the back of a seat. It holds 5 pounds worth of medical supplies and I have yet to have a problem with it.

Half-size toolboxes lock in properly.The Bad: You pay a lot for this quality. A full-size toolbox will fit, but not lock into a pair of these; they are only for the half rack. The Milwaukee branded plastic rack is 40% cheaper, and fits full-size toolboxes.Despite the added expense, this is very well-made, and I've bought other excellent add-ons from this manufacturer for my tools. Barring some sort of accident, it should last forever.

Excellent, fits the Milwaukee First Aid Packout great!I attached this system to the Molle panel in my Bronco.
