Had Vtech before for decades and switched to Panasonic. Impressed with the packaging and the style of the phone along with the handsets. Great set to spread across home for easy access. Speaker phone works excellent and so does the answering machine. Would definitely buy again!

Our old phone system stopped working and we ordered this to replace. We are delighted with it. That one extra phone will save me a lot of running for the phone. It has so many features that I haven’t had time to try them all out. It even reads out who is calling. Too bad for scammers. I recommend this phone set.It does come with batteries.

Delivery was quick, product seems of good quality, but the phones shape does not conform well to the humans ear. I wonder if AI designed them, lol.

Crystal clear sound. I bought this for my parents who still have a home phone. The sound quality is crystal clear. The keypad is easy and large enough to be seen without wearing glasses (at least for my parents). Many features such as speed dial for 10 contacts, answering machine access from each headset.

They work real good and easy to set up. I don't use the bluetooth portion, but the phone system of 5 hand units allow them to be throughout the house so I can quickly get to one of them. This set works great for my needs and what I needed for them to do for me. Really happy with this purchase.

Liked the price plus needed remote phones for other areas of house. Our old Panasonic phone worked well for 15 years but then stopped accepting messages. Otherwise new phone easy set up. Has more storage for blocked calls. Has cellphone feature but have not used. Our cellphones often pick up roaming from USA, hence confuses set up. Came with rechargeable batteries yet specs indicated no Batteries supplied. Other phone features are fine and sound and clarity is good.

I’ve only had Panasonic cordless phones for over 20 years. I like the features and call block button now on the handset. My old system still works great but the buttons are sticking and that system is at least 11 years old. Only thing I wish they wouldn’t have done is put all the menu choices on the middle button. The phone book and redial buttons were separate on my old system and that is much easier to use. The link to cell is cool but gets to be annoying hearing an announcement of every text so I turn it off or unlink. Great phone and many handsets to use or have as backup should one not work someday.Edit: It’s now almost 2 years and for whatever reason the speaker in the base is shot and I rarely use the base to answer hands free. It sounds terrible and there’s nothing that can be done. Also, the most used handset buttons are already hard to push on certain keys. I hate to buy another system but I feel soon I will be. The old systems were built much, much better.

Panasonic is my goto company for home office phone communications. A headset jack on each of the phones is a unique feature. Bluetooth and DECT 6.0 were also important features. I do not use the answering machine or the Link2Cell features. Charging is fast and battery life excellent. Sound quality and phone distance reach to the base station is impressive. Tons of programming features will help pass your time. All are straight forward and intuitive. Don't let the manual scare you. This system will last me for many years to come.
