Easy to put together. Difficult to stretch the cover to tightness that I wanted.

Our 60lb German Shorthaired Pointer love this, off the ground bed. Our pets are not allowed on the furniture in our house. He loves climbing up onto his bed, he thinks he’s on the couch. We did put a blanket on top to make it a bit more plush. Would have given a 5 star except for a small hole in the fabric.

Bought it cause the last one we couldn't find a replacement fabric part. Dog loves his raised bed, two paws up from him.

I was looking for a little bed for my dog to set up in my living room for her... The bed is great..well made and might last a long time if the dog isn't 50lbs. My poo is barely 20 lbs..but bed looks strong

We received this dog bed for our 70 lb poodle on Sept. 15th. Now less than 2 months of regular use, the mesh is tearing apart all along the seam on both sides (photos attached). This item was advertised on Amazon as being "Durable" and appropriate for dogs under 100 lbs. It is neither. The bed we received is not durable and it is not appropriate for dogs up to 100 lbs. Many issue full refunds without return requirements once they obtain evidence a product is defective and is not what was advertised, purchased in good faith and expected by the buyer. They recognize the error is not the buyer's fault and they do their best to avoid any additional burden on the buyer.I requested a full refund for a defective, inferior dog bed we purchased on Amazon from Aosom Canada 2 months ago. Rather than making things right for us and our puppy, this is the response we received from them:Hi,Thanks for your detailed photos.Here are two options for you to solve this issue:Option1: We would like to offer you a discount of C$10 as a compensation if you could keep the item.Option2: We are willing to assist you for return and ship a replacement/refund once item is back.Could you please repackage the item in its original box with original packing materials and confirm we will arrange FedEx to pick up?If the original box has been lost, you can fit the item inside any box that will work for the pickup. This thing is awesome, my Gorden Setter and Jack Russell Shih Tzu both refuse to part from this thing, I have purchased a second one from a different brand that sadly ended up with a small tear after only a week. But not this thing! This thing is built to last a thousand and one jumps on and off it, I keep it close to our pool so on hot days we get it wet and allow the dogs to lay on it. They simply adore it, it's low enough my smallest dog can easily jump onto it with no issues but still high enough off the ground my biggest dog when sitting on it is still off the ground. The third support bar and mesh middle is really sturdy and isn't going to go anywhere anytime soon. I would strongly suggest this for anyone with a bit of backyard space for any kind of dog. It fits together extremely well and is also extremely easy to clean with a soft blast off a pressure washer. I would strongly recommend to anyone with a furry friend.
