I really liked certain aspects of these snap ring pliers, like the way the tips fit into the pliers and will not rotate.But despite what the advertising says, they do not come with 1mm dia tips. The smallest is 1.5mm dia, and they do not fit the snap rings I bought them to install. I contacted the vendor, and while they were pleasant about it, they could not supply 1mm tips.

Nice and sturdy little lock ring pliers. The heads screw into place rather than just being held by frictional force. Good addition to your toolbox for anyone who has to deal with love rings.

I have used many different snap ring pliers over the years. I believe these may be the best I have used. First the tip are machined and appear very durable. The tips can be installed in the handle without use a screwdriver or pliers. And the handle allows the tip to be used straight, 90 degrees and 45 degrees.

This is a handy tool. It won't fit into small spaces like dedicated pliers but it is a cheaper alternative for the shade tree mechanic.
