Ordered two of these and one stopped working after just a few minutes. The treats are stuck inside and there is no way to get them out. Should have read the reviews first before ordering. Lesson learned

Auch das futtern und A A machen ist nen nettes Gimmick... aber für die Verpackung, diese zu öffnen benötigt man: eine 230mm Flex mit Diamant Scheibe, 3 Lichtschwerter (Farbe im Prinzip egal), Thors Hammer und Baldrian... evtl noch Abitur und ein Studium im aufmachen besonders stabiler Verpackungen...

Puppy came with mouth detached. We were able to reattach with great difficulty, but puppy does not “poop” out bones. Daughter thinks puppy and sounds are very cute but is very disappointed.
