The feeder holds 24 cups (5, 678 milliliter) of dry or semi-moist food. The unique design of the smart feed’s food conveyor dispenses most shapes and sizes of dry and semi-moist food while helping to prevent jams. Meals can be scheduled for up to 12 times daily in sizes from 1/8 cup (29 milliliter) to 4 cups (946 milliliter) per meal. The optional slow feed setting dispenses meals in small amounts over 15 minutes for pets who tend to eat too quickly. The feed now option lets you serve a meal on demand any time from the app or with the push of a pet-proof button on the feeder. The included stainless steel bowl with a removable holder prevents your pet from tipping or moving the bowl. These components and the upper compartment where food is added are all dishwasher safe, top rack only. The automatic pet feeder includes an ac power adapter and has a backup battery option using 4 d batteries (not included). To connect your petsafe smart feed automatic pet feeder to your smartphone app, a 2. 4Ghz (802. 11B/g/n) wireless router is required. Devices that work with the mobile app are iphones or ipods with ios 9. 0 Or later and compatible android smartphones version 6. 0 Or later. Le moteur vient de lâcher sans prévenir au bout de 2 ans et demi tout pile. A voir les commentaires, je ne suis pas la seule.Bon appareil le temps qu'il a duré, fiable mais assez bruyant. La ration minimale est trop importante (dommage pour les chats, qui préfèrent des petites rations en plusieurs fois)

We bought this a year ago. Worked great while it worked. It suddenly stopped working for no reason. It does not turn on or anything. Its a high price to pay for one year.

Väldigt simpel och smart design som gör att jag alltid litar på att katterna får mat. Vi hade en icke-Wi-Fi anslutna varianten innan i många år innan vi skaffa denna och va väldigt nöjda.

Il prodotto è come da descrizione. Ha un prezzo più alto rispetto agli altri, ma è un'azienda che dal punto di vista tecnologico non si smentisce. In passato ho acquistato anche la gattaiola con il cip e il collegamento a corrente con cui mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho regolato tramite l'app l'erogazione 4 volte al giorno. Il gatto inizialmente era diffidente e me l'ha marcato, ma poi ho notato un netto miglioramento nella gestione del cibo da parte del mio animale. Utile per il controllo della dieta, tanto è vero che non si abbuffa più. Inoltre è molto comoda la notifica di avvenuta dispensazione del cibo, utile per il controllo a distanza. Unico neo non dovuto al servizio Amazon e né per l'azienda, il blocco del prodotto in Dogana, ho dovuto chiamare più volte l'azienda e contattare il servizio Amazon. Il prodotto è poi arrivato fortunatamente nei tempi previsti prima delle vacanze.

The product itself is good. But it will be better to have food weight setting (I’d like to set like 30 gram for one meal, but unfortunately this machine only allows setting like 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1 cup, etc).The packaging is always a big problem for PetSafe products. It is very hard to open the box (similar thing happened to another product - PetSafe Crystal Litter 2-pack. Hard to open).And both the product detailing Amazon and the use manual in the box said that I should download the “Smart Feed” app. But actually, that app doesn't exist (at least in AU) right now. You can try “PetSafe” app, which can be downloaded and used for this product, but the app name should still be corrected by the manufacturer as soon as possible.

I just received this feeder. It was more expensive than buying the feeder and power adapter separately but I chose it because the product description said it was black. It wasn't - it arrived in the same dark blue as the other Smart Feed models. Other than that, it seems to work as advertised. The wireless setup and meal scheduling was very straight-forward. Food hopper is nice and large. I like the slow feed option because my cat likes to overeat and then vomit :O.

Easy to set up compared to my previous PetSafe auto feeder. Unfortunately, the dish is a little big for my cat, but I like that it is metal, which is much healthier because it is easily cleaned and does not collect bacteria. An adapter with a smaller dish designed for cats would be a welcome addition. Overall, it is a great addition to the PetSafe line of products.

No problems yet, the app is a little clunky.The measurements are in non specific graduations, would be good to have them consistant.But its easy enough to test the delivery and see if its too much or not enough then set and forget.Now if only the cat realized the machine fed him so he stops waking me up at 7am.

Purchased this unit to replace an older scheduled feeder that had quit working. Unit works well. Backup battery will only last 3 days if for some reason something happens with power. Other than that it’s good.

Je suis très déçu, capable de brancher au reseau WiFi 2.4 GHz mais impossible de connecter à internet, donc impossible à utiliser car l’application PetSafe bloc a ce niveau. J’ai tenté tous les modes de connexion possible sur le router. Je songe sérieusement à retourner ce produit sur les champs. Vous devriez testé vos produits plus efficacement avant de de le garocher sur le marché.Il a gagné 3 étoiles de plus car réussite de connection et fonctionnel à 100%. Bon support du vendeur et de la compagnie PetSafe.Il a perdu 1 étoile à cause du trouble initial de connection. Autrement, il aurait eu 5 étoiles.Note final: 4/5.
