If you like thicker grips, these are for you. The long ones are good for people with medium size hands like me. The metal part has to be placed on the exterieur side of your hand or it might bother you while you work out.

I really like them, specially after bteaking them a bit. At the beggining, they were too stiff and thick. Not giving 5 stars, since they are a tad slippery and I still have to chalk them often for a safer grip, but overall really happy with them.

I’ve been training CrossFit for 5 years, I’ve gone through a lot of grips and these are by far my favourite ones. Since I bought these grips first about 14 months ago another 10-15 members of my gym have changed over and bought these grips. I used to swear by bear komplex grips but these are much better and cheaper which is a bonus. Even people who had Picsil grips have upgraded to the carbon Fibre Falcon grips. They are sticky, extremely comfortable and have a strong Velcro strap that doesn’t loosen, even during heavy sets of Bar muscle ups. I’m 110kg and over 6foot tall and they’ve taken a full 14 months of abuse and not a sign of failing so far. I love these grips, they’re awesome.

I originally ordered the G by mistake and had to pay the 6-7$ shipping to return, was my error so was ok with it. But I just received the G+ size and it’s the same size on my hands as the G version was, so I’m not going to get the fold.Will give them a try and hope they work out as I’m not paying the return shipping again.But I really don’t understand how both sizes fit my hand the same and not happy I had to pay return shipping to reorder and get the same product in essence.

I've finally used this product for a bit to give a review now. But it came in the completely wrong colour, the grips came black with red accents not the blue colour as shown. I didn't want to reorder another pair so I was going to use what I got. The size instructions that came.in the package said I should of ordered a size large to get the gymnastics fold in the grip, when it told me on the website to order a medium. The medium is okay and does the job. These grips are really slippery even when I applied some chalk to add grip. Wearing them in is taking forever and I've had them for 2 months now. Wouldn't be getting this grips again, very disappointed

J’avais peur qu’elle soit trop grande mais non super ! Ça fait toute une diffĂ©rence , trĂšs dĂ©butante dans le crossfit j’avais tellement pas d’endurance et de force dans mes mains , j’avais mal !!! Ça aide Ă©normĂ©ment !!!!La coach a dit que mĂȘme si c’était grand ça ne change rien alors n’ayez pas peur de prendre une grandeur de plus
