1st pair were to small. Order the large. Work very well. Takes some time for them to loosen up and break on. Well made. Should last me a long time.

Once broken in, they provide adequate layer between hand and bar so as not to rip your hands.Takes some getting used to in the beginning.

After tearing my hands a couple of weeks ago working on toes to bar, felt it was wise to get some grips. Being new to Crossfit (about 5 months), it was hard to decide which grips to buy. After doing my due diligence, I decided to consult with my favourite trainer and he recommended these. My order arrived 10 minutes before I was leaving for open gym on Family Day, perfect timing! After working on my pull ups for 30 min and a few other back exercises, my hands are not sore nor shredded. I found them to be very sticky and didn't need any chalk. I liked how the wrist wraps stopped the sweat from reaching my hands, too. Definitely a great purchase. âââââ . Highly recommend.

I ordered both the small and the medium of these grips and I found them to both fit poorly. I have small wrists and the velcro didnât extend long enough in order to stay secure on my hands. Also the difference between sizes is quite large and so neither size worked well for me. The quality of the fibre is great however and provided it came in a better size, Iâm sure they would be a great product. These are better suited for male hands.

Macht mMn null Sinn, nur einen Grip zu verkaufen. Wobei bei der Produktbeschreibung immer von der Mehrzahl gesprochen wird

Attention Ă la taille trop petites pour moi jâai Ă©changĂ© contre une taille L aprĂšs les 3 doigts ça fait bizarre il faudrait une Ă 4 doigts câest un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix si vous nâĂȘtes pas des experts en crossfit mais que vous en faites 1/2 fois par semaine
