In 1965 with the introduction of the Canadian Flag the Red Maple Leaf was recognized as an official symbol of Canada. Die struck from jeweler's metal, gold plated, and filled with red enamel. Each pin includes a standard clutch back and is individually poly bagged.

Great for international travel... It also keeps me from losing a scarf, I pin a corner to my top.

I like this little pin - it's small and but it says everything. I'm not Canadian but I have always been proud of our outstanding neighbors to the north and I never pass up the chance to salute them and their country. If every neighboring country was as good to us as Canada we would have far fewer problems!
