As a decoration, these are really pretty in all but the most modern of homes. However the style is overshadowed by the issues. First of all, its really cheap feeling. Secondly, its pretty fragile in general, even for a glass decoration. Due to these problems I would only reccomend this if you don't have small children within reach of it.
