Don't have it long enough to speak on how durable it is. But I am really impressed by the amount of air it pushes. It's not just a hard piece of plastic. It has a certain amount of flexibility that really maximizes the amount of air it pushes. It's actually designed quite well.

The price is okay to draw you in. Its not too expensive. What I don't like is that the product seemed used. Dirty and scratched up. It doesn't move that much air. I don't plan to use it to make the charcoal ignite faster but rather to fan off the ash of briquettes that have already turned gray. To try to make them burn hotter. This is done when making yakitori. To get the temp up as high as possible when using Kingsford style briquettes. Instead on using expensive Binchotan charcoal that can cook in the infrared spectrum. Don't buy this to make the charcoal briquettes turn gray faster. Too much fanning for that which is why many people break the handle. Put a couple of fingers in cutout and rest the handle on your forearm. Then you can fan faster and harder without breaking the handle. While relatively cheap the price for two should be about 3.95 to 5.95 dollars
