They do not come pre-assembled. But they seem to work okay. I just think they should come assembled. It's easy to do. Why make the customer do it?.

They work well, but whenever I went to take them off my wall the adhesive is so sticky it ripped the paint off no matter how slow or gentle I took them off.

Pretty good, helded up my wireless and wired controllers with no issue. Adhesive seems strong enough as I don't notice any sag or signs of give even when I put my controllers back in a bit forcefully. Fits my two X-Box 360 controllers fine and my off brand 360 controller, I'm fairly certain this will fit any controller with how customizable it is. Installation is really easy as well, at a quick glance you can already figure it out. Just unscrew the nut, attach the holder, screw back on, place the mount.
