I got these to replace my nearly 30 year old (original) bumpers. Mine still have some bounce to them but they are definitely heading towards the end of their life.These rubbers are soft, pliable and bouncy. They will definitely liven up the table a lot.I've replaced the felt two tables several times before so I'm very familiar with the process so it's now a matter of choosing a color, getting it ordered and taking the table apart.These bumpers do have a strong smell so I will let them off gas for a while while I plan out my replacement timeline and felt color.

All my old rubber rails were losing its bounce but one of them was just like hitting a rock. These replacements work well and my pool table is lovely again. Only difficulty was getting the angles cut correctly but that is my inexperience.

There are 2 mages on this sellers listing. one is pink and the other black. The black is $10 less and so I said why not. Bad mistake!!!!!!The description that there a cloth edge for up only applied to the pink colour. The black did not. therefore I had to tale out calipers and measure for a correct fit.The bumpers were clumped together like bad spaghetti, I had to peel apart, and I placed outside for a couple of days to air out.They get 2 stars because they do appear to be suitable for reasonable bounce.For $10 I should have bought the ones with the fabric, but description was truly mis-leading.
