I ordered the portable waist fan through the Vine program.  I like how strong the fan blows and that it comes with a 10000 mAh powered battery (the battery lasts quite a while before needing to be recharged).  I also like the belt clip (attached to the fan itself) and that it includes a hanging rope so you can wear it around your neck. The fan has five speeds to choose from, and you can see what speed you're on with the digital front (see attached pictures; it also displays the amount of charge left with your battery).  There's a little stand on the fan to use on a table (see my photo).  FYI, the fan is for outdoors, and there's a note that it can be a bit loud indoors.  Although the fan is a bit bulky, it works well and seems well-made, and I rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

This Xikec Portable Waist Fan is a great little device for staying cool on the go, but it does have one noticeable drawback. The 3-in-1 design, combining a belt fan, desk fan, and neck fan, is incredibly versatile and convenient. The 10,000mAh battery provides excellent battery life, lasting up to 18 hours on the lowest setting, which is perfect for long days outdoors. The 5 adjustable wind speeds offer a good range of cooling options, from a gentle breeze to a strong gust. The double clip design is sturdy and keeps the fan securely in place, whether clipped to a belt or shirt. The hidden stand and detachable lanyard add to its versatility, making it suitable for various situations. The soft silicone cover is a nice touch, providing comfort even during extended use. The Type-C charging port is compatible with various power sources, making it easy to recharge on the go.However, the fan is on the louder side, especially at higher speeds. The manufacturer does state that the noise level ranges from 30-60 decibels, and it's definitely noticeable in a quiet environment. This makes it less ideal for indoor use in quiet settings, but it's perfectly fine for outdoor activities or noisy environments.Despite the noise issue, this fan is a great value for the price. The long battery life, versatile design, and comfortable features make it a reliable companion for outdoor work, travel, and other activities. If you can tolerate the noise, this fan is a solid choice for staying cool on the go. Four stars.

I am actually looking forward to this solving some of my big complaints about summer. I love being outside but hate being super hot. You see people fanning themselves, not me this year. The other thing is it is enough wind to blow away mosquitoes well at least the majority of them. It will at least confuse them and blow your scent away. Smoke blowing in your face from the campfire, this might help it is certainly powerful enough.Actually I was pleasantly surprised by this little thing. The fan at level 1 is quite comfortable light breeze. There are 4 more speeds beyond that, but the faster it foes the louder it gets, but that the nature of fans. The smaller the fan the faster it must spin to push the air. I had not realized there was a small flashlight on this before ordering. This will definitely come in handy. Also it can act as a power bank in an emergency. When you look at it this way and compare prices this is really a power bank with a fan.

This is a great little fan. I’ve been using it for a little bit now and I quite enjoy it. It’s the fourth addition to my collection. I have a bit of a I guess I call it addiction to fans and that sort of thing generally speaking it’s anything that I can. As a port Station, that’s a minimum of 10,000 mA while still giving me multiple capabilities so I want to be able to have it give me I wanna have a flashlight built into it or I want it to like this. Have a fan generally speaking, I want to have a flashlight doesn’t really matter how good it is or not Just a light in general more of an emergency kind of thing because I generally have an every day carry flashlight, so this is gonna be used for I go to grab my every day carry light in fell out of my pocket or the battery dies or whatever the case and I don’t mind it having a primary function as I see these type of fans, I originally disregarded as fans and looked at them no different than those little red ones with the two white blades that you push the little switch forward and it with the blades with swing out and it would spin take two AA batteries from the 90s that came from the dollar Store Originally disregarded these as basically a very fancy motorized version of that with a little tiny keychain light and a rechargeable battery that basically a battery pack that could do a couple of bells and whistles to my surprise. They’re actually really powerful fans. No, it’s not gonna push your hand back when you turn it on max in the beginning like some of these blowers will And it’s not gonna be life changing in a sense but if ever you felt nauseous or been sick and like you want that cold air on your face, but you got the chills you throw the lanyard around your neck with one of these bad boys and turn it on low Life changing my oldest had to get some laughing gas recently and I actually had grabbed one of these actually believe it was this particular fan on the way out of the door because I needed something to charge my phone while we were in the office. Well, she didn’t agree with the laughing ass and it made her nauseous And that’s when it dawned on me that I had my phone plugged into this fan around my neck not because of any other reason then it was just a convenient way to grab it quickly so I put it on too, and I put it around her neck verified with her that it wasn’t too much air And within five minutes it brought her right around that cool air in the face is all it took a cold compress will work in my experience. I’ll be limited because these fans have only been in my life a limited amount of time, but they’re actually quite useful for that kind of thing or you can keep the rest of your body nice and warm and get that cold air on your face and really get past those heebie-jeebies kinda nauseousness feelings this I look at now more like my tactical flashlights that allow me to charge other devices from an emergency use cases I guess would be the way to say it to me. This is a fan first with a built-in battery back up, I can charge my phone about one and a half times from complete zero so I can charge you from 0 to 100% and then 0 to 50% But that’s not using anything else. That’s simply using it as a battery. I think it’s best use is as a personal fan. If you’re outside working throw it on a line loop it’s blowing in your face. I got to liking that when I was doing asbestos remediation with the full face respirators that the PAPR style With the blowers blowing the air in your face so it gives you the convenience of having it around your neck while you’re working or clipping it on your belt, you can have your shirt dangle over top of it a bit and like blow her up your core toward your back, your sides whatever the case you can kind of tailor to your own preferences and Your needs depending on application and then at the same time, you know my phone doesn’t have a small battery I currently have an iPhone 14+ so to be able to charge the battery one and a half times that’s impressive. That’s no small task and honestly a reasonable price once you’ve had experience with one and see what I can Do But that’s just it. I would’ve never bought this as a fan and I’ve been in the market for a fan I got this as a battery back up because I run up off grid workshop and I basically everything I run in here is carefully thawed out and curated to be multi use because I’m limited on space as well as being able to piggyback charge from one device to another Allowing me my portable power station to only really be used to charge drill batteries because running an extension cord is not a viable option all the time that’s whether dependent so running a shop vac running a table so running a drill press running air compressor specially the vacuum, the air, compressor fans, and Welders are huge power consumers if I could have it down to 100% cordless tools and really only needing the extension cord for the use of a tablesaw or a drill press or for welding purposes I’ll be happy that’s the ultimate goal and either get a portable air compressor with a tank something like what Porter cable Offers or METABO they both have like 2 gallon air compressor that runoff 18 V batteries that can go up to like 150 psi for the odd circumstance in which I need compressed air for anything other than to just blow some dust off of myself for the table or to fill up a tire because I have tire inflators so really it’s I have my large light. I have a few certain items that are high capacity, but they’re the last effort so it’s to have as many little options as possible to top off my phone or recharge my vape or recharge another one of the battery back up so it’s more important at that moment while still having floor model or desktop model fans for each room of the house when the power goes out and having individual personal fans for each member of the household, my children and wife and I and I enjoy trying different models and versions. It definitely does the thing it’s definitely a win and it’s actually really fair price. Some of them can go quite high and in my experience some of the most expensive are actually not quite the ones I would consider my favorites. This is probably my number two favorite. I would say possibly number one. I don’t have enough time. I’ve had this the shortest amount of time as well made. The only thing is I find that the battery doesn’t last quite as long as some of the other brands and it’s probably 25% thicker than other available options within the price point just something to think about does it weren’t losing any stars now it does the thing it does it too good not to give five stars too. I got really no complaints from there. That’s easy as that as long as you go with reasonable expectations it’s gonna blow you away. There’s no room for disappointment with this unless your expectations are unreasonable but for the price point, there’s really no going wrong with it not for the amount of functionality it has when your phone stone dead and you’re waiting for it to turn on and it’s plugged into this cause the power is out you can’t find your keys or whatever the case may be or you can’t find your cord to charge it and you’re using this to keep cool because it’s the middle of summer and then you use the flashlight to find the cord detergent your phone from this unit itself. You’ll thank me. I know my wife has had to reluctantly already. She kind of hurts. Her grin thinks it’s a little excessive how far I’ve gone with my obsession with rechargeable Lipo battery powered items, but every man should be allowed a vice or two and hey, I’m just using battery powered rechargeable, batteries and flashlights and mechanics tools. I think it could be a lot worse and a lot less productive but I digress it does the thing it does it well, give it a shot. You’ll be Surprised. I’m willing to bet.

This fan is a bit bulky to wear but it has good power. This will be fantastic in the summer for helping cool me off! The bracket on the bottom is great to angle the fan upwards if you want to place it on a table or desk. Now for the odd features. You can use this as a power bank, but I'm not sure why you'd want a combined fan and power bank. Same with the flashlight - why? It just isn't egonomic or easy to use this, and the light isn't that bright. Finally, the cord has clips that look like they would clip into something and then loops on the end to thread through small holes on the fan. There is nowhere to clip the cord into. The loop is easy to attach to one side and then you can't attach it to the other side because the loop isn't big enough to pass the whole fan through. The other end of cord is attached to the other side of the fan so you can't thread it through the same way as you did for the first side. The only way I could figure out how to attach the cord, so you can hang it around your neck, is to hook the loop into the clip pieces. This doesn't seem very secure.I would not use this while exercising/ doing work. It is hefty, so I wouldn't trust either the clips or the flimsy, poorly secured cord to hold it. I plan on using this to stay a bit cooler while sitting outside relaxing in summer, so it suits my purposes. I can have a fan without needing to be near a power source.I do like the power of this unit. I have tried a neck fan and it didn't seem to blow enough air to be cooling. This fan does work at cooling me down, even at a lower fan speed. The manufacturer has had to make the fan bigger than it needs to be though in order to add in some unnecessary features.

This little thing is fabulous!I am very hot natured, and live in the south, so working outside can be miserable when it's hot. This little fan is multi-functiinal.While it is a bit heavy for toting around in your waistband, it delivers a surprisingly powerful blast of air.It has 5 speeds. None feel weak or wimpy, but on level 5, it really moves the air.It has belt clips like you'd find on a measuring tape, and has one on each side, each facing the opposite direction, which will allow you to clip the fan on either side of your waist. This is a nice touch, as so many of these things only have one clip, or, if they do have 2, they are facing the same way. You can clip it to your belt or waistband on a hot day, and have it blowing directly up at you, under your shirt, OR it can sit on a desk or table. It has a tiny flip-out bracket, to lift the fan up at an angle while on a stable surface. It also has a flashlight function, accessed by the power button with a long-press.It isn't super powerful, but would provide some light for seeing a key hole, or navigating a pathway. It also has the ability to be a power bank, although it has only a c-type input, so you would need a "C to C" charging wire.It comes with a USB-C charging wire for the fan.I really feel this is a quality item, and I'm actually surprised and impressed with it.I recommend!

This fan has been a small miracle for me, especially when it comes to staying cool during my physically demanding job executions. I like to wear the lanyard around my neck so the airflow hits right around my face and head. I have noticed the fan can be adjusted to a height which allows me to lift large bins with getting encumbered by the fan. I also soak a hat or scrubs cap in water while using the fan — that combination makes staying cool much easier. The fan holds a charge for several hours and runs on multiple speed settings. The color is vibrant and looks great. Overall, there are so many excellent things to point out about this product — its quality and usefulness are stellar.

As someone who practically lives at amusement parks during the summer, a reliable personal fan is non-negotiable, and this one is very good. The airflow is impressively strong, providing real relief. Unlike some fans, you can genuinely feel the difference between its various speed settings. What truly stands out is the battery life – Since it is still cold where I live, I tested this out at home by keeping this on at various times throughout the day. It lasted with battery life for another day as well. The bright orange color makes it easy to spot in my bag, and while the belt clip is solid, I prefer using the comfortable neck strap. For powerful cooling and amazing battery life, this is a really good option.
