I purchased these to try in my shoes for plantar fasciitis before purchasing orthotics. Nice arch support and padded heels. Comfortable but a little stiff at first. Easily transferred from shoe to shoe. Would recommend.

I put the insoles into my basketball shoes and they helped a lot but the top layer peeled off and now the foam is coming off after approximately 1 month of use.

These inserts are amazingly comfortable, and provide the necessary arch support for the feetš£ Iāve used this brand of insert for over ten years. These inserts are super simple to install. Simply remove the factory inserts and put these new ones in. One of the best things I like about these inserts is that there is no squeezing whatsoever; an annoyance Iāve experienced with some of this brands competitors. I use these inserts for my cardio shoes, my everyday shoes, as well as my resistance training shoes. This product is highly recommended.

The insole has quite a bit of cushion and a very stiff arch support which is exactly what I was looking for with a shoe that is a little too flexible to my liking. Size wise I bought the men's 9-9.5 insole and it fits perfectly in both a pair of 9.5 and 9.0 shoes. Only con I could think of is that due to the non customized nature of the insole, it has a somewhat wide base which will not fit perfectly in shoes that are very narrow around the heel/arch (i.e. soccer boots).

The metatarsal area is too thick making fo a crampy foot. The heel offers little shock absorption. The arch is firm and gives good support. Only recomendable for people with narrow feet who need no heel protection.

Tenia un dolor con cierto tipo de zapato (suela delgada), y pensaba que ya no podria utilizarlos. Me di una ultima oportunidad con estas plantillas, y estoy muy contento por que ya no siento dolor. Son muy comodas y se sienten de buen material. La entrega de amazon sin problemas.

Ordered these thinking they were un a uk size but realised after opening the package they are a us size. Also i didn't realise the seller doesn't take a refund eirher. Now I'm out of pocket and have no insoles fot my planter facilities which i desperately need. Gutted is an understatrment.
