Works pretty well! I've been using it every night, adding a pillow between my knees as well. You can tell the quality might not be as good as the brand name one, but I didn't want to pay $50 for a maternity pillow so I'm happy with this one :)

I enjoyed this more in my first and second trimester. Unfortunately for me, it didn’t offer me enough support in my third trimester and I ended up buying a full size pregnancy pillow.Pro: it’s versatile, you can adjust it to fit your body as you grow in your pregnancy, the pillows have a lot of life in them.Cons: it pills after a while, not as much support for third trimester.

Great size and perfect for pregnancy and sleeping on your side. Wish it was a bit more adjustable and the Velcro wasn’t strong enough so needed to add safety pins closer to the end of pregnancy.

I kept waking up on my back and worrying about babies well being. Haven’t woke up on my back since I started sleeping with it. I don’t think I would recommend if you are plus size and expecting though. I’m xl + baby bump and I would say I’m at its limit as far as a comfortable sleep goes.
