I'm a man, and I always sleep on my side. I used to use a standard body pillow as a "hugger" and to keep my bony knees and ankles from poking into each other. This pillow does all that plus more as the other side supports my back and keeps me in place so I don't toss and turn a lot like I normally would. Its very soft and comfortable, so I'd recommend it to anyone.

I really like this pillow. It has quite a bit of stuffing on the sides so you have a lot of support. There is only one issue I have. This pillow on the top where your head rests is flatter than the sides. But if you go to Michael's or a craft store and buy stuffing for $10 this is a great pillow turned perfect.

The size matches the pictures. The stuffing isn't as hard as the pictures make it look, but it is very comfortable and soft to lay on.

I bought this when I was only 12 weeks pregnant. I used this throughout my entire pregnancy. It was so comfortable and made sleeping so much easier - especially in the third trimester. It is quite big, but I loved that. It prevented me from having any hip or back pain, and it helped me stay on my side (I normally am I stomach sleeper) throughout the entire pregnancy. I can't imagine not having this pillow!
