LED red lights are visible through the goggles. Adjustable band. Fit is fine for average sized eyes. Plastic smell a bit annoying.

I really like these goggles better than the glasses that came with my red light. They do not take up my whole face and protects my eyes better.

These are great. THey are comfortable and flexible. A great deal. I use them when I exercise in front of my infrared light system.

You can still see light through these surprisingly..Concerning. Not very comfortable for red light therapy.
